With over 15 years of experience as an Administrative professional, Tiffiny offers a strong foundation in office management, effective communication, and creative thinking. Originally from California, Tiffiny attended the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management.

Tiffiny then joined a global staffing agency focused in the creative, marketing and technology markets as Office Manager of the Los Angeles location. She was later promoted to Operations Support, responsible for office operations and supervising a team of up to 10 employees at a time. Additionally, she maintained the day-to-day needs of C-Suite employees as well as those of high-profile existing and emerging clients.

Overall, Tiffiny strives to cultivate a balanced and inclusive working environment that allows for employees at all levels to feel they have a seat at the table. She believes that maintaining open communication along with fostering strong professional relationships are important factors in representing any company as a frontrunner in the rapidly growing technology industry.
